Tom Macdonald’s “Fake Woke” – Top Song of 2021

Without further ado, here is the Tom Macdonald “Fake Woke” video many of us saw on The Dilley Show today.

It rocks and speaks truth. Something you rarely get in a song. Enjoy:

Also without ado on your part, right now go to iTunes and buy this song for $0.99.

That’s less than a dollar. (For now, that is. Biden and Madame Comrade Yellen haven’t gotten the dollar devalued yet.)

Then come back for my requisite snarky, often profane but always freedom-loving philanthropy, because the best “philanthropy” is to protect America’s freedoms. When America has an intact Constitution and citizens to protect its inalienable rights, the world benefits.

Without those rights in operation here in America, people around the world don’t have a vision to see what freedom looks like. They have nothing to aspire to but a memory.

And that lasts one generation.

Is this article only about Tom Macdonald’s “Fake Woke” video? Noooo….. It’s how we get and stay truly woke

And, by the way, why do I repeat “Tom Macdonald’s Fake Woke” so often? Something called “keywords,” which you may be familiar with.

Tom Macdonald

The more times I say “Tom Macdonald Fake Woke” here and there, in subtitles and so forth, the higher this article climbs in Google searches and the more people can be drawn to this kick-ass video. So that’s why.

Please share this post liberally and MAKE A COMMENT BELOW, even a contradictory one, because the most people interact with an article, the higher it climbs in Google searches. (Google accounts for 91%+ of all search engine use.) I want to make Tom Macdonald’s song heard.

What we need to observe in and about this video

First thing I observe is what I “observe.”

In this photo, Tom has a “few” tattoos and is holding a cigarette and adult bevvie of some type. I don’t smoke or drink and have only one (non-visible) tattoo. (And no, my tattoo is not on my lower back like a tramp stamp, though I find most of them totally hot myself.) In the video you’ll see that the guy has multiple piercings a stud above his upper lip and a silver grill. Like he’s a rap-slinging human Escalade.

But Tom’s not your typical MAGA-type guy, and we learned that in Election 2020, even if the Left considers all of us white supremacists from Alabama. (Tom is Canadian.) Trump voters came in all shapes and sizes and races.

Including gay black Trump supporters, black former gang member supporters, YUGE numbers of Latino supporters including, notably, Los 3 de la Habana, whose video always makes me get up and do a white boy’s version of the salsa:

I actually can’t recall whether Fake Woke uses much if any profanity.

I curse quite a bit on this site. I’m angry, and cursing as creatively and strategically as I can makes me laugh and hopefully you, too.

There are perhaps few better at that than Brenden Dilley of The Dilley Show (CLICK HERE for show information):

You only need to watch him for about five minutes to know that he is:

  • Funny as hell.
  • Pragmatic. He doesn’t get into conspiracy theories, and while he lives and lets live (Q followers), he doesn’t entertain what he sees as fantasy.
  • He stays real but helps us deal with that which makes us hopping mad in a way that brings the level down a notch or five.

That’s why I listen to him.

Dilley is the MAGA-era George Carlin. His profanity is a strategic heart-balm.

They never freed the slaves, they realized that they don’t need the chains

They gave us tiny screens, we think we free ’cause we can’t see the cage

They knew that race war would be the game they’d need to play

For people to pick teams, they use the media to feed the flame

They so fake woke, facts don’t care about feelings

They know they won’t tell me what to believe in

They so fake woke, same old, safe zones

They so fake woke, facts don’t care about your feelings

tom macdonald’s “fake woke”

His words can, and do, speak for themselves.

Though we thought our collective feelings for President Trump would have won the day (November 3), many of us felt like the facts “were on our side” but the apparent defeat seemed to ignore them.

Facts didn’t matter. (At least not so far.)

This may give you a feeling of frustration, hopelessness, insatiable dissatisfaction and even anger. It does for me.

But you know what? It’s actually ok. If we are “woke” — truly wokenothing can stop us from moving ahead.

Even in the near-term, we have almost unlimited ways to make our voices heard and stay woke.

What can YOU do to stay truly “woke”?

  • Write down — I mean write down on paper — the issues that are most important to you. (Do this before you even think about any candidates.)
  • Only then decide which candidates embody those issues and have a demonstrable track record advancing those issues. For positions like mayor, governor and president, determine which candidate has executive experience.
    • Mayor De Blasio of New York City is a train wreck that’s been in motion since his election in 2014. Know what he did before that? He was New York City’s “Public Advocate.” The public advocate, in short, is the person who bitches and whines to the Mayor about what he or she decides the citizens want. He’s a whiner on one side and a pedant on the other.
      • For further proof, the current Attorney General of New York State, the one who thinks she can run the state better than Cuomo, for all his faults, is De Blasio whiny bitch successor Leticia James.
    • Get a candidate who knows how to delegate authority, balance the budget, and make decisions.
    • Look at candidates from school board seats to township selectmen (New England) to city council on upward…and DEFINITELY don’t forget about state legislatures.
  • Consider running for a position yourself. I ran for a seat on our NYC Community Board — not even an elected position but rather one the Manhattan Borough President ultimately picks. But it taught me volumes about city government.
  • Back that candidate. Donate. Volunteer. Petition.

…Stay informed, inform others

  • READ. I’m reading Milton Friedman’s classic Capitalism and Freedom (believe it or not, I never thought about reading it before this election cycle), Peter Schweizer’s Secret Empires. Schweizer has such compelling data and a narrative about the connection between Hunter Biden and Chris Heinz (John Kerry’s stepson) and how Joe Biden’s work with China as VP benefited Hunter and Chris Heinz… you will be blown away. This is one time I’m okay with giving Jeff Bezos a little money. Get the book HERE. You’ll thank me.
  • Consider staying ON Twitter and Facebook, even if for now, to engage constructively with others.
  • And speaking of reading, use primary sources. Certainly, we’ve been fully briefed on how utterly broken the legacy media is. So much so that they think they are the pillar of health. Some of the sources I use are:
    • For COVID data: CDC Reports from previous years, so I can compare apples to apples. For example, the CDC showed that the 2017-2018 flu season was a very deadly one. In 2020-2021, 26 million Americans were sick from COVID. But in 2017-2018, 45 million Americans were sick from the flu. And I call total bullshit on both the pathology of COVID deaths as well as total bullshit on the lack of blame on governors who sent sick people to nursing homes to die or kept them from seeing loved ones while they were in palliative care. How many would have lived longer with a little hope and happiness in their lives? Makes my blood boil.
    • Use the Bureau of Labor Statistics for employment data.
    • Check the account for summaries of Executive Orders. We’re going to have to read between the lines on this, because Biden is reversing some of Trump’s most important EOs.

“It is the policy of my Administration to support women’s and girls’ sexual and reproductive health and rights in the United States, as well as globally.”

joe biden, white house squatter, memorandum on title x
Now from behind the Resolute desk, Biden advances women’s sexual health.

“Oy.” To say the least.

That emphasis at the end of Biden’s quote is mine.

What right does Biden have with respect to how women and girls in other countries treat their bodies?

Why would we allow the President of the United States, or Joe Biden for that matter, to meddle with how other countries treat half of their population? Is the way we interact with women and girls in Africa the new genocide of Margaret Sanger? Do we think Africa would be better off with fewer black people the way Sanger thought Harlem would be? Absolutely, we should help girls and women escape from forced genital mutilation — I’m in no way suggesting we should be blind. But many of us know great nonprofits that do this through indigenous leaders. Not our tax dollars.

Milton Friedman sums up what government should do (and by not mentioning them, all the things government shouldn’t do), and it is this kind of attitude we should cultivate in ourselves and seek political leadership on, to STAY WOKE:

“Government has three primary functions. It should provide for military defense of the nation. It should enforce contracts between individuals. It should protect citizens from crimes against themselves or their property. When government– in pursuit of good intentions — tries to rearrange the economy, legislate morality, or help special interests, the cost comes in inefficiency, lack of motivation, and loss of freedom. Government should be a referee, not an active player.”
